Lit From Within is a semi-sheer milky white polish with a minty green shimmer that glows a bright blue in the dark. This glow-in-the-dark (GITD) effect shows brightest when the polish has been recently charged with UV, either from direct sunlight or with a UV light.
Opaque in 3 - 4 coats.
